Terms and Conditions


Reservations and  Deposits:

Reservations are made upon receipt of a deposit of $500.00 per person. 
No reservations can be considered “firm” until such deposit is received by the Operator. 
The balance is due not later than 75 days prior to departure.

ANY CHANGES MADE FROM 90 DAYS PRIOR TO  DEPARTURE, WILL BE CHARGED
AN ADMINISTRATIVE FEE OF $75.00 PER PERSON, PER CHANGE.


TOUR CANCELLATION SCHEDULE:


90 to 76 days prior to departure….……$250.00 per person penalty
75 to 46 days prior to departure………$500.00 per person penalty
45 to 35 days prior to departure...........$800.00 per person penalty
34 to 16 days prior to departure.............$1500.00 per person penalty17.99
15 to 1 day prior to departure..................$2500.00 per person penalty
Departure Day ……..No Refund

Operator reserves the right to charge cancellation fees assessed by Hotels and/or ground service operators as well as communication charges to effect last minute cancellations.   Penalties may vary depending on conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, operators, etc., prevailing at the time of cancellation and depending on tour, in addition to penalties listed above.
All prices are per person, double occupancy, subject to increase or decrease. Prices are in effect as of 8/31/11.

 

INSURANCE:
Insurance is not included in the tour price. See enclosed brochure for information.

IMMUNIZATONS:
 
No immunization shots or vaccinations are required.

PASSPORTS:

Each passenger participant must have a valid passport. 
Your passport must be valid for six months from your date of return.
