Pick up from Eilat hotel approximately 6:45 am and enter Jordan at the Arava border crossing. Drive in an air-conditioned bus 3 hours to Petra.   Continue on foot a mile down into the narrow canyon that leads to the Red Rock. During this comprehensive tour you will visit the Treasury (Khazneh), the Roman theater, and the caves in the rock among dozens of imposing monuments. Lunch at Wadi Musa, a small village nearby, (included in the price). From there, return to Aqaba for a short panoramic tour, and drive back to the Arava border crossing.    Estimated arrival in Eilat between 6:30-7:30 pm

It is a long and tiring day, definitely not recommended
for people who suffer from poor health or have restricted mobility

It is recommended to wear a hat, sunglasses, and walking shoes
In wintertime - raincoat, umbrella and warm clothes are needed.
