TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE:

One suitcase and one carry-on per person allowed.

NOTE:

The Company cannot accept any responsibility for damage, loss or mishandling of Baggage. Insurance is strongly recommended.

SERVICE CHARGES AND TAXES:

Included throughout, except airport taxes.

RATES DO NOT INCLUDE:

Passports, visa, visa handling fees, baggage and personal insurance, laundry, valet service, use of telephone, wines and mineral waters, and any item of a purely personal nature.

UNUSED SERVICES:

No refunds are made for missed sightseeing tours, missed transfers or unused hotel accommodations on tours.

CHANGES:

No changes, deviations or extensions are allowed, unless arrangements have been made and approved prior to departure from the U.S. No refunds for portions of tours, meals or rooms. No credit allowed for unused accommodations while taking optional tours.

SEQUENCE OF ITINERARIES:

During certain periods of special events or circumstances it may be necessary to revise the routing of the itinerary. However, the Operator will endeavor to provide all arrangement Tour participants are entitled to. If due to unforeseen circumstances a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotels substituted will be the equivalent of those listed in the itinerary.

RESPONSIBILITY:

Margaret Morse Tours, Inc. act only as Agents for the various companies, owners, or contractors providing means of transportation, accommodation and other services. All exchange orders, coupons and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which such means of transportation, accommodations and other services are offered or provided. The issuance and acceptance of such tickets shall be deemed to be consent to the further conditions that Margaret Morse Tours, Inc. shall not be in any way liable for injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity which may be occasioned either by defect or irregularity in any vehicle or through the acts or defaults of any company or person engaged in coveying the passengers or of any hotel proprietor, personnel or servant otherwise in connection therewith. Each exchange coupon, order and tickets are to be regarded as one contracted by or on behalf of the particular company or person named in it. The passenger contract in use by the airline or steamship company concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the Purchaser of these tours and/or Passengers. The airline and steamship companies concerned are not to be held responsible for any act; omission or event during the time passengers are not onboard planes or conveyances. The right is reserved to withdraw any tour announced in this program and to make such alterations to the itineraries as may be found desirable for the convenience of the parties and proper carrying out of the tours. In the event it becomes necessary or advisable for the passenger's comfort and welfare or for any reason whatsoever to alter the arrangements of itinerary, such alterations may be made without penalty to the operators. Additional expenses, if any, shall be borne by the passenger. Margaret Morse Tours, Inc. Reserves the right, at any time, to decline, to accept, to retain, or terminate any person as a tour passenger of the group, should such person's health, mental condition, physical infirmity or general deportment (in the opinion of escorts, guides or representative of land, cruise or air operators) impede the operation of the tour, or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other tour passengers. A refund covering the unfinished part of the land tour will be made to such individuals from Margaret Morse Tours, Inc. without further obligation for liability on the part of the company.

PASSPORTS:

To travel abroad you must be in possession of a valid passport.

RESERVATIONS AND DEPOSITS:

Reservations are made upon receipt of a deposit of $ 500.00 per person on tours. No reservations can be considered "firm" until such deposit is received by the Operator. The balance is due not later than 60 days prior to departure.

* CANCELLATIONS:

AIR: As governed by Airline Regulations, depending on the fare involved. Any changes made 90 days prior to departure will be charged an administrative fee of $ 75.00 per person, per change.

* NOTE:

Cancellation fees may differ depending on tour. See applicable penalties on tour or cruise brochures. Operator reserves the right to charge cancellation fees assessed by Hotels and/or ground service operators as well as communication charges to effect last minute cancellations. Penalties may vary depending on conditions imposed by airlines, hotels, operators, etc., prevailing at the time of cancellation and depending on tour, in addition to penalties listed above. ALL PRICES ARE PER PERSON; DOUBLE OCCUPANCY SUBJECTS TO INCREASE OR DECREASE.
